Position Title: Sales & Service Manager – Taiwan & Hong Kong



Location: Taiwan (Taipei)



Reporting: Sales & Service Director (Thai)



Requirement:

3+ experience in Air-conditioning

4-year university graduate, Master is better

Should be able to communicate in spoken English



Position Summary:



Direct responsibility for the sales & service of Air-conditioning units both for Taiwan and Hong Kong.



Principal Responsibilities:



1. Increase profitability and market share by value base selling of Air-conditioning products in Taiwan and Hong Kong. The major time element of this responsibility is in the development and then maintenance of customer relationship, which encompasses the total scope of our product and services.

2. Achieve the annual sales objective of the business of 2.5MUSD.

3. Market study and development in Transport Solution business.

4. Introduce new product ideas / application as well as feature improvements to existing products and technology to establish a strong technical leadership position.

5. Identify sales and services opportunity/approach to increase Air-conditioning units in Taiwan.

6. Increase market perception of Air-conditioning product and services by collaborating with the dealer organization on training, technical manuals, new product/new order and general information.
